INGREDIENTS: 100% AUSTRALIAN BEEF, PEPPER, FRENCH GUÉRANDE SEA SALT, EGG, BREADCRUMBS, GARLIC, ONION.

Serving method: Defrost completely. Place patties on hot pan or grill. Cook until both sides are browned and according to the desired doneness. Around 4-5 mins for medium. Let the patties rest for about 5 minutes before serving.  Best Before: on packaging
