The roasting curve is automatically calculated using computer-aided technology to avoid taste leveling and roasting that is too hot. The Bar Italia Gran Cru capsules from Saquella are made from 100% of the finest Arabica beans. This espresso is particularly dense in its consistency and impresses with its full flavor. In addition, there is a typically Italian, intense aroma, followed by a thick crema. Also perfect as a base for cappuccino or latte. The capsules are compatible with Nespresso® capsule machines.
