Haco Panna Cotta

Description

A quick and easy preparation for panna cotta with a delicate aroma of vanilla. Add coffee, chocolate or fruit sauces for exciting variations of this Italian classic.

“𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐀𝐋 𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐈𝐂𝐄” 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭:
– No trans fats
– No added preservatives
– No artificial colouring

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Yield: 1.5KG (full pouch) yields 15 Litres

For 40 portions: 400 g of powder to 1.8 L milk and 1.8 L heavy cream.
For 100 portions: 990 g of powder to 4.5 L milk and 4.5 L heavy cream.

𝐄𝐧𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡: Finely grated almonds, coconut, finely grated roasted nuts. Garnish with sugared fruits, fruit coulis, toppings etc.

𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡: Increasing the heavy cream (reduce amount of milk in the same ratio), perfume with vanilla, orange or lemon zest.

Ingredients

Sugar, corn starch, whole egg powder, grape sugar, carrageenan, carob bean gum, sodium citrate, maltodextrin, flavour.

No MSG, trans fats, preservatives or artificial colouring.
