Following the careful selection of the best White tuna and our preserving process, we leave the fish to mature in our storerooms until they have achieved perfect maturity. This is a traditional preserve of whole tuna loins in olive oil. Conservas Ortiz has taken another step towards excellence with this exceptional product.

• This age-old technique of selective fishing (which also avoids unwanted fish being discarded) respects the environment and protects marine reserves.

Once opened, in order to maintain all its flavor for up to five days, we recommend keeping the White Tuna in the refrigerator, preferably covered and totally submerged in olive oil, adding more if necessary.
