It is D.O.P. Sierra de Cazorla, First Cold Press. Single type of Olive – Picual Olive variety, Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Southeastern part of Spain. It has a spicy characteristic and reminds of figs and apples. It provides a medium intense flavour and gives a fresh flavour to any dish. It is best used with vegetables, fish and to add a personal note to any salad and crudités. It is perfect to cook any dish with a new & unexpected fresh touch. Picual variety has the best behavior when frying in high temperature better than any other olive variety or seed oil, as many scientific studies have proved.

This Superior quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced at very low temperatures from our selected mountain olives located in “Sierra de Cazorla” Jaen, Spain. Olizumo Olive Oil has been widely awarded. It is very fruity and has a strong taste of dried nuts and a note of tomato. A very delicate oil that will match many dishes boosting sensations and flavors.
