Le Phare du Cap Bon Harissa Paste is an authentic Tunisian chili paste renowned for its bold and aromatic heat. Crafted in the Cap Bon region, this harissa features a blend of 87% red hot chili peppers, garlic, coriander and spices. This paste is 100% Natural, no additives or preservatives and halal certified.

It is ideal for enhancing the flavour of stews, tagines, couscous, pasta and works wonderfully as a marinade or rub for meats, seafood and vegetables. It can also be incorporated into dips and spread, adding a spicy kick to mayonnaise, yoghurt or other creamy bases.

The peppers used in the elaboration of the product are harvested from October to December. This red hot sauce produced in Cap Bon is 100% of Tunisian origin and is one of the most reputed Harissa producers.
