Why the tin cans? Tin keeps oils fresher & longer, as compared to glass storage, which would be prone to sunlight exposure. La Tourangelle tins are infinitely recyclable, and uses post-consumer recycled plastic jars, promoting climate-friendly packaging. La Tourangelle also adopts green energy usage as its California artisan nut mill is solar powered, reducing its carbon footprint.
