La Molisana Lasagna

Description

Kneading is an ancient gesture, repeated over the centuries by the industrious hands of women. Today this operation is carried out by a very advanced plant that mixes the waters of the Matese mountains and durum wheat semolina from our Molino, to obtain a  golden paste  , with a rough, porous and tenacious fragrance of wheat.

Like  semolina lasagna,  perfect for creating traditional recipes or experimenting with new ones.
Our chef prepares them with a creamy dressing of  fresh goat cheese and fiordilatte ,  delicately scented with nutmeg , thyme and rosemary: 5 layers of pure pleasure, delicately crunchy and juicy!
