Description

Haco lobster bisque is authentic, unique and premium, with a rich seafood taste and sweet, succulent texture.
It can be used as a sauce for seafood and fish dishes, as well as a gourmet soup.

Preparations
Sauce:- 1200 g (full pouch) yields 11 L; Soup:- 1200 g (full pouch) yields 13 L

Sauce: 85 g of powder to 550ml water and 250ml cream

Soup: 85g of powder to 700ml water and 250ml cream

Blend required amount of powder into lukewarm water while stirring well with a whisk. Bring to boil and stir constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cream while stirring well and bring to a quick boil again.

Ingredients: Maltodextrin, skim milk powder, wheat flour,  yeast extract, iodized salt, spices, tomato powder, dehydrated onion powder, guar gum, lobster extract powder,  flavour (contains sulphite), palm oil ,  dehydrated garlic powder, dehydrated beetroot juice, beta carotene.

May contain traces of cereals containing gluten, milk, egg, fish, crustaceans, sesame, soybean, celery, mustard,  and sulphites.
