French Raspberry vinegar has a red vinegar base with raspberry flavoring which makes it light and fruity. It adds zing to vinaigrettes – try a mixed green salad with mandarin oranges or nectarines, spinach salads, fruit salads. Deglaze saute pans, add a bit to gravies, soups and sauces. Makes a lovely gastrique to serve with red meat. 6% acidity.
