The Bronze Label Balsamic vinegar is made according to a secret family recipe. This balsamic is produced using a traditional fermentation process & is then aged for 8 years in wood barrels.This balsamic vinegar has a bright dark brown colour, medium bodied, it gives forth a distinctive fruity aroma. It is intense & stimulating sweet & sour dressing, excellent served on raw vegetables or salad.
