The Spanish company El Navarrico aims to offer consumers all that nature has to offer. In the mid-1950s, Amalia Herce and Jose Salced began producing the first canned tomatoes in the basement of the family home. Today, the company produces more than 50 different products, but always keeping the spirit of the old family business intact.
Navarrico Fish Fumet Stock has all the flavours needed to make a fantastic paella, a brilliant fish stew or a lovely soup. It’s made using fish and shellfish for that intense flavour. When using, dilute this stock with a little water (around 10%).
To make a truly authentic paella use in combination with our Spanish saffron, Nora pepper paste and of course a really good quality paella rice.
Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 3 days
