Connetable Rouge Label Mackerel Fillets with Dijon Mustard

Description

Caught at the best of the season, Label Rouge Connétable mackerels are selected and hand-filleted, then cooked in court broth to give them an incomparable flavor. They are then stacked by hand to guarantee a perfect presentation before being covered with a delicious carefully selected Dijon mustard sauce.

Ingredients:
Mackerel fillets 56%, water, Dijon mustard (water, mustard seeds, alcohol vinegar, white wine, salt, acidifier: citric acid) 13%, sunflower oil, alcohol and wine vinegars, sugar, white wine, salt, cassava starch, spices and aromatic plant, thickeners: guar gum and xanthan gum, natural flavor.
