Cooking instructions: Defrost sausage.
Place in pan with 1-2 tbsp water. Prick sausage with toothpick. Cover pan. Cook on medium heat 3 minutes or until water dries up. Continue cooking in its own fat to brown sausage on both sides, 3-5 minutes.
Roasting: Heat oven to 200°C. Prick sausage. Roast 8 minutes, turning once.
Grilling: Cook on hot grill 6-8 minutes, turning once.
