• Air Dried Beef: Cured the traditional French way then dry-aged and smoked with wood chips. Ready to eat.

• Chicken Olive Pâté: A French terrine (meat loaf) of seasoned ground chicken and baked in a mould. Ready to eat.

• Duck Rillettes: A French delectable spread of shredded duck meat that has been braised in an aromatic stock and mixed with spices and duck fat. Ready to eat.

All our cold cuts are crafted with all-natural ingredients. Handmade. They contain no MSG, chemical additives, fillers, preservatives, colouring or conditioners. No added nitrate or nitrite salt. It is made exclusively with halal-certified meat. The meat is seasoned with 100% natural French Guérande sea salt, pepper, and spices.
