Ingredients : Chicken, French Guerande Sea Salt, Pepper, smoked Paprika powder (P.D.O), Natural Sheep Casing.
Cooking instructions: Defrost sausage. Place in pan with 1-2 tbsp water. Prick sausage with toothpick. Cover pan. Cook on medium heat 3 minutes or until water dries up. Continue cooking in its own fat to brown sausage on both sides, 3-5 minutes. Roasting: Heat oven to 200°C, prick sausage. Roast 8 minutes, turning once. Grilling: Cook on hot grill 6-8 minutes, turning once. Prick holes on the sausage with a fork. Cook over medium heat until fully cooked.
