This vinegar is bright dark brown colour, medium bodied and it gives forth a distinctive fruity aroma. With a lovely, full flavour complete with hints of chocolate, figs & toasted malt, This balsamic  perfectly complements both sweet & savoury dishes. Made exclusively from Trebbiano vineyards grapes, which are pressed immediately after picking & fermented in open top barrels until reduced. The musk then aged in oak barrels, producing a vinegar with beautifully rich cool & velvety texture. It is an intense and stimulating sweet and sour dressing. It is excellent served on raw vegetables or salads.
