This Biozait has the best selection of picual olives.  Olives being hand picked.  The harvest is done earlier, giving  more quality and antioxidants. It has a base of fresh olives with the pungent flavor of Picual.  This Extra virgin olive oil has the best care during the production process in order to get a complex set of aromas and flavours.  It has milder flavor compare to olizumo and more fruity
