All Natural product. No chemical additives, fillers, preservatives, coloring or conditioners. No added nitrate salt or poly-phosphate. Handmade. INGREDIENTS: CHICKEN, CHORIZO SPICES, PEPPER, FRENCH GUÉRANDE SEA SALT Serving method: Defrost completely. Place patties on hot pan or grill. Cook until both sides are browned and according to the desired doneness. Around 4-5 mins for medium. Let the patties rest for about 5 minutes before serving.  Best Before: on packaging KEEP FROZEN
