About us

We are a fine food company specialising in gourmet products, ingredients, cookware and sommelier tools mainly from France, Italy and Spain. To bring you fresher, closer-to-home food, our central kitchen – which also supplies to professional kitchens – produces French-style charcuterie such as sausages, pates (meatloaf), airdried duck, smoked fish and chicken, and breads and other baked goods.

Our mission is to provide you with quality food at fair prices made with best-quality-to-value produce in a clean and hygienic environment using professional methods. We don’t use any artificial flavouring, colouring, preservatives or improvers in our products.

We make food from scratch as much as we possibly can to keep it as natural and less processed as possible. This is because we believe real food is vital to health and wellbeing. We value this aspect of the health-giving property of food as much as ethics and sustainability, and taste, of course.

For now, we deliver to the Klang Valley. Non-fresh products can be delivered to other states in Peninsular Malaysia.

Behind this company are professional international chefs who keep up with the art and science of cooking and flavour trends. Our sister company HTC in Asia and the French Culinary School in Asia conduct hospitality training and F&B consultancy, including training for hotels and restaurants in room, and food and wine service, as well as regular professional and leisure cooking classes. Classes can also be tailored to your needs.
